We have been working very hard this summer to bring even more value to you as a member of the RN2writer family. This blog post is long, but we hope you'll read it and share in our excitement!

First, we want to thank everyone who has provided feedback to us over the years regarding how we can better serve you in your journey toward starting and growing a health writing business. We're very grateful to each of you for taking the time to help us refine our products and services.

Today, we are thrilled to announce the launch of several new elements of the RN2writer brand that mesh with our mission to blow nurses' minds by introducing them to the business of freelance writing. These initiatives also will serve established health writers who are growing their businesses.

ANNOUNCING THE RN2WRITER STORE

The biggest news (lesson: never bury the lede!) is the launch of our new storefront, which contains nearly 30 products designed to aid your journey as a freelance writer without breaking the bank. In fact, most of these products are priced at $99 or less.

The storefront includes these types of items:

Downloads, including free stuff like a query tracker
Video trainings – short, topical videos to provide information on specific tasks
Courses – multi-lesson trainings that don’t include coaching (which allows us to keep the price affordable)
Programs – the big, rich course-and-coaching packages you’ve come to know and love!
Membership – Freelance Freedom, our monthly program designed for graduates of Get Paid (Well!) to Write and established health writers alike
Private Coaching – in case you didn’t know it, I offer 1:1 coaching!

Each product includes a certificate of completion, and we’ll be adding a new product every month!

HIRE-A-WRITER INITIATIVE

To enhance our continual efforts to connect our students with editors and clients, we’ve implemented a hire-a-writer form that prospective clients can fill out. Each time we receive a submission from a qualified client, we will post it to the appropriate group (depending on skill level required) inside the Success Society. Members can then contact the client directly for more information.

This totally free (for everyone!) service represents our commitment to “closing the loop” for our students by recruiting clients for them and also fulfills our goal to help editors and clients find qualified clinicians to write health content. We will be marketing this form heavily, moving forward, and we encourage all of YOU to share the link on social media to broaden the exposure of this service to editors and clients.

EXCLUSIVELY FOR GET PAID (WELL!) TO WRITE STUDENTS AND ALUMNI AND FREELANCE FREEDOM MEMBERS: AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Over the years, we’ve been asked numerous times if we offer an affiliate program that allows people to recommend our products and earn a commission from those who purchase.

Today, I’m pleased to tell you: Yes, we do.

We piloted an affiliate program two years ago, and based on the feedback from that original group we have today implemented a program that many more people can benefit from.

The way this works is pretty simple:

Review the RN2writer Affiliate Program Policies (aka: “the brochure”) AND the RN2writer Marketing Affiliate Program Agreement (the official terms and conditions for participation).
If you would like to participate as an RN2writer affiliate, simply email [email protected] to request an invitation.
If you qualify for the program, we will send you an invitation.
Respond to the email we will send you to onboard yourself in Quickbooks, including uploading your W9 form.
As soon as you’ve accomplished that, watch for our official invitation email to join the affiliate program. Invitations expire 24 hours after they’re issued, so please keep a close eye on your inbox throughout this process. This will reduce the number of times we need to re-send your invite.
Accept the invitation and follow the steps to set up your affiliate profile. Don’t forget to include your PayPal email address in your profile, as that’s how you’ll get paid.
Once you’ve set up your affiliate profile and shared your W9 via Quickbooks, you’re good to go! Start sharing links to our products to your network and earn a commission on every sale. Easy as pie.
